The Douglas Shire Ratepayers (DSRA) is holding it’s first public forum on Saturday 7th March 2pm to 4pm at the Mossman Bowls Club. Newsport will be live streaming and Fab FM will be recording the event for those who are unable to attend.

DSRA have invited all of the candidates to introduce themselves and discuss their campaign and key issues for the upcoming election. The only candidate to date who has declined our invitation is Abigail Noli.

The upcoming election will define the future of the Douglas Shire. We need to be fully informed and select our representatives carefully. Please do not miss this opportunity to get to know more about the candidates standing for Council and Mayor.

All ratepayers and residents of the shire are welcome to attend this event.
